APX Platform users get access to ongoing customer support for the duration of their subscription contract, at no additional cost.
How long is the subscription for?
APX Platform users sign a 12 month (1 year) contract, specifying which package option they want. Users are billed every month for the duration of the 12 month contract period. Users can renew their APX Platform subscription when their contract term is over.
I already have a Practice Management and/or EMR software; do I still need APX Platform?
YES.
APX Platform is not an EMR or PM; it is a first-of-its-kind cloud platform that is the missing link between your existing practice software and the path to profitability and employee productivity. Do I have to "download" APX?
NO.
APX Platform is a web-based cloud software that you can access from the web browser of any computer, tablet, or mobile device that has an internet connection. There are no apps to download.

Who created APX Platform?
APX Platform was founded by renowned aesthetic industry consultant Terri Ross in 2021 in response to the challenges practices faced in the post-COVID landscape. In late 2021, APX Platform announced that aesthetic industry leader Izhak Musli (who has founded multiple data software startups for the industry) had joined Terri Ross and that they both are now serving as Co-CEOs.
